Jai Sudharsan is a Technology Executive, Entrepreneurial CEO and Transformational Business Leader with a solid track record of generating shareholder value at the intersection of Enterprise Information Technology, Telecommunications and Business Process Reengineering.

Over the last 18 years, he has enjoyed success as CEO of a privately held company, as a division leader and operating executive at large public companies and as a highly regarded business strategist.

He is currently Vice President of Global Strategy and Offers at Avaya Global Services. More than one million businesses worldwide, including more than 90 percent of the FORTUNE 500®, use Avaya solutions for IP Telephony, Unified Communications, Contact Centers and Communications-Enabled Business Processes. Avaya Global Services provides comprehensive service and support for these solutions on a global basis.

Jai is deeply committed to business-led efforts to lower Carbon footprints world-wide and is particularly active in driving Green IT Best Practices in the enterprise.

Prior to joining Avaya, he led the IT Infrastructure Practice globally at management consultancy Booz Allen Hamilton and was instrumental in the development of Green IT as a specialized area of expertise in the firm.
